As an e-commerce company, Element Karbon required a strong brand presence across their social media channels.
Already utilising social media ads, they needed organic content to support their growth and build a community to market to.
After struggling to find time and resource in-house, they reached out to me to work closely with their team to add strategic insight and create content.

To increase the follower count to a broader and well targeted audience to organically sell to. To increase engagement rate and introduce more creative content.
I introduced an influencer strategy to help target followers of influencers who resonated with the Element Karbon brand values. I also implemented SEO copywriting that fits the different social channel algorithms and included stronger CTAs for higher engagement. Finally I worked on more creative storytelling and lifestyle content to diversify from the previous sales-lead posts.
Increased month on month follower growth by over 300%
and engagement rate by over 200% in the first three months before dropping to a sustainable growth of 20% month on month.

Got record views for Instagram reels from their average 1.2k views to up to 16k views all through organic content.
