Overview
Jurassic Fibre are an internet service provider building their own network across the South West.
Whilst already having Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, they required fresh content to suit a new strategy involving tiktok, reels and separate content for b2c and b2b audiences.
Due to the complex nature of full fibre, we needed to target and engage a general audience that resided across specific parts of the South West.

What I did
To strategically increase followers who fit in with a complex build plan in specific areas of the South West.
To educate and break down technical jargon to suit a general audience, whilst maintaining a fun and social-first presence.
To support the overarching marketing campaigns and increase brand salience.
Working closely with various departments within Jurassic Fibre, we looked at the storytelling around what makes Jurassic Fibre unique from competitors and implemented that into fun and engaging content.
I introduced tiktok and reels as more engaging ways for us to showcase who we are and what we do. By utilising social media SEO I increased the reach which allowed us to grow the audience to people residing within the build plan.
By taking a slightly 'rougher' creative brand style, we were able to increase engagement and make the brand more authentic and human
Results
Grew the combined social media accounts by over 65% in one year.
Heavily increased engagement rate, watch time and traffic.
Created viral tiktoks and reels that got over 170k views, organically.
